Marrakesh & Essaouira, Morocco

Morocco provided some of the most magnificent dramatic displays of my travels, thus far. The hustle and bustle of Marrakesh revolving around tourism contrasted starkly with the vast fleet of fishing vessels at the port of Essaouira. There, most everyone was directly involved in the procurement of fish, from the large boats, to individuals selling eels from foldable tables. 

A thick haze like nothing I had seen before enveloped the port, and silhouetted everyone as the sun set over the water.
